Description

In today’s educational landscape, mentoring has become an indispensable leadership skill rather than a mere optional extra. The Mentoring Essentials – One Day Workshop is designed specifically for educators keen to foster robust, supportive, and growth-oriented relationships with their peers. Drawing upon contemporary research and featuring a range of practical, hands-on activities, this workshop delves into the fundamental principles that underpin effective mentoring. Participants will not only explore and apply leading mentoring models within their own school environments, but also have the opportunity to hone their conversational skills to facilitate powerful and constructive mentoring dialogues. Whether you are new to mentoring or seeking to revitalise your approach, the workshop offers a structured yet personalised experience. Attendees will develop a tailored mentoring action plan to guide their professional journey, equipping them with the strategies, tools, and confidence necessary to make a meaningful and lasting difference in their educational communities. This comprehensive workshop ensures that every participant leaves with the practical know-how to nurture and inspire both themselves and their colleagues.
