WA MUSEUM - BOOLA BARDIP 

This professional learning is a cross sectoral collaboration between the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC), Association of Independent Schools (AISWA) Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) and Department of Education (DoE) to promote the PALS program and reconciliation in the classroom.

The Partnerships, Acceptance, Learning, Sharing (PALS) is an initiative of the department that encourages WA schools to develop projects that promote reconciliation in their local community with grants of up to $1000.

There will be presentations on the PALS program and the newly created PALS Project Toolkit, previous PALS winners and innovative ideas. You will be able to access teaching and learning resources, as well as information on connecting with your local Aboriginal community. This day will assist you to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, histories and cultures into your classroom.
