Description
Join colleagues from across WA for a dynamic and collaborative Secondary Science Network Day, designed specifically for teachers and coordinators of Science. This professional learning opportunity provides time and space to share resources, exchange ideas, explore current issues in Science education, and engage in meaningful professional dialogue. The day will include insights from SCSA where participants will explore key messages from recent ATAR examination reports to better understand common student strengths and misconceptions and consider how these insights can inform teaching and assessment practices. Other presenters include the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) who will share how their resources can be used to support curriculum delivery and deepen student understanding. This event is delivered in collaboration with CEWA. Registrations close Monday 27 April.
