Through engaging workshops, expert insights, and hands-on activities, participants will explore foundational leadership principles, develop practical skills, and build confidence in their ability to inspire and lead teams. This program also offers invaluable opportunities to network with peers and create a personalised leadership development plan to guide your future growth.

Nancy Pavisich

Dr Nancy Pavisich is a renowned consultant in leadership, management, and communication, dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations. She specialises in developing leaders and teams, drawing on extensive experience in Catholic, Government, and Independent schools. With a Ph.D. in Mentoring and multiple qualifications, Dr Nancy lectures at Edith Cowan University and tutors at the University of Notre Dame. She facilitates workshops for the Australian Institute of Management’s MBA program and is a published author. Dr Nancy’s work is grounded in evidence-based research and has earned her prestigious awards in educational leadership and consultancy.
