Where should I direct questions about the RFT?

All enquiries should be made in writing to tenders@ais.wa.edu.au

Tenderers should identify in their question what, if any, information is confidential. AISWA may circulate Tenderer questions and AISWA's response to those questions to all other Tenderers via this FAQ page or email, without disclosing the source of the questions or revealing any confidential information of a Tenderer.

Can we meet with AISWA prior to lodging our tender?

Enquiry and briefing meetings with AISWA are available at the request of the Tenderer from Monday 26th July 2021 8:30AM (AWST) to Friday 6 August 2021, 4:30 PM (AWST). These meetings are limited to one per Tenderer and appointments can be made by emailing tenders@ais.wa.edu.au

Where should we submit our proposal?

Both a paper and electronic version of the proposal should be lodged with AISWA via the following methods:

Mail: PO Box 1817, Osborne Park DC WA 6916

Hand Delivered: 3/41 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017

Email: tenders@ais.wa.edu.au

What happens if a COVID lockdown applies at the time of tender submission?

Tenderers can still submit tenders via Post. The electronic version must be submitted by the deadline, and the paper version will need to be posted by the deadline also - meaning that should a COVID lockdown apply, we accept that the paper version may be received at our offices after the deadline.
