Foundation Christian College is seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic Student Services Administrator for a full-time role commencing immediately.
This role is an important part of Foundation Christian College (FCC) and Student Services is involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment. Sound public relations and positive liaison is required to always promote a professional image of the College. This role is part of the overall team at FCC, where all tasks are to be completed in a prayerful and positive manner. Student Services reports to the Business Manager and the role may require you to provide additional support when needed in Administration, College Reception and to Executive staff members.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to students and visitors
- Support College Reception as required
- Attend to Student Services communication (Phones, mail and email)
- Process late notes and early release for students
- Absentee management including phone calls and data entry in SEQTA
- Administer medication as per instructions provided by parents/guardians
- Provide basic first aid where necessary
- Monitor and attend to resources in the Sick Bay (First Aid Supplies and bedding)
- Prepare first aid and medical information for College events and excursions
- Ensuring processes are followed to uphold a high level of duty of care for our students
Qualifications & Experience:
- Student services experience highly desirable, or previous experience in the role of Administration/Reception in an educational institution.
- Advanced customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant IT applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrate abilities of reliability, tact, confidentiality and discretion.
- Current First Aid, Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance.

Conditions of Employment
The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the employment requirements and conditions of the Foundation Christian College:
- Remuneration for this position will be determined dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications
- Award - Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020
- Pastor’s reference.
