Strategy Planning and Projects Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of Strategy, Planning and Projects Coordinator. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting organisational performance, growth, and effective governance. 

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this key position provides high level support across strategic planning, project development, governance, and executive operations. If you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for contributing to educational excellence, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights, reports, and recommendations to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • High level communication skills including the ability to produce clear correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • A sound understanding of financial statements, business processes, and performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting strategic planning, monitoring progress, and aligning teams toward shared goals.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines. 

  • Experience working with and advising senior executives and boards.
