An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Property Services Manager.
A key focus of this position is the overall management of the Grounds and Maintenance team, providing supervision to staff in the team, and ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship is maintained for the College across all three sites – East Perth Campus, Waterford playing fields and Dwellingup campgrounds.
A vehicle is provided, which does require a manual licence.
The position includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- planning for major upgrades and capital expenditure including quotes, pricing, liaising with consultants, builders, trades and contractors, in line with the College’s Strategic and Master Plans.
- formulate forward maintenance and operational programmes and planning to ensure the long-term condition and pristine appearance of the College’ grounds, buildings and equipment
