Property Services Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Property Services Manager. 

A key focus of this position is the overall management of the Grounds and Maintenance team,  providing supervision to staff in the team, and ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship is maintained for the College across all three sites – East Perth Campus, Waterford playing fields and Dwellingup campgrounds.

A vehicle is provided, which does require a manual licence. 

The position includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  •        planning for major upgrades and capital expenditure including quotes, pricing, liaising with consultants, builders, trades and contractors, in line with the College’s Strategic and Master Plans. 
  •        formulate forward maintenance and operational programmes and planning to ensure the long-term condition and pristine appearance of the College’ grounds, buildings and equipment

Successful applicants will also be required to participate in Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Colleges Ltd and Catholic Education Western Australia Limited (CEWA Ltd) professional formation and accreditation processes.

 

Employment is conditional upon the applicant being prepared to apply for a Department of Education Criminal History Check and a current Working with Children card must accompany the application.
