We are seeking an experienced senior leader to deliver impactful change, strengthen organisational capacity and reinforce AISWA’s commitment to supporting school operations.
The Manager, School Operations Support will play a key role in ensuring member schools receive high-quality service and support across all areas of school operations, with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and workplace relations legislation relevant to schools.
• A sound understanding of the School Education Act 1999, the Registration Standards and Other Requirements, and regulatory expectations for ongoing school compliance.
• A working knowledge of the broad scope of school operations in the non-government sector.
• Experience in preparing or supporting school registration renewal applications.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders.
