ICT Systems & Support Officer - Full-time, on-going role

 

We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic ICT Systems & Support Officer to join our busy, yet exceptional and supportive ICT team, commencing as soon as possible.

 

Ideally, the appointed candidate will have relevant hands-on experience working in an IT environment (education sector experience will be highly regarded, as will formal qualifications, however, this is not considered essential). 

The role will contribute across user support, systems operations, classroom audiovisual technology, and general ICT infrastructure tasks under the guidance of the IT & Security Systems Manager 

as well as supporting the secure, efficient, and reliable operation of the College’s ICT environment
