An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced human resources generalist to join our growing community. This newly created role supports the College’s mission, vision and values by developing and implementing human resource services that support key strategic planning decisions and serve as a supportive link between the leadership team and employees.
The role
Reporting to the Director of School and Staff Development and working closely with the Principal, you will provide leadership for all human resource management activities across the College. This is a true generalist role where you will have the responsibility for centralising the human resource function currently being performed by multiple roles within the College.
To be successful in this role you will need a relevant tertiary qualification in a human resources related discipline plus substantial generalist HR experience, and the ability to demonstrate previous success in all of the key areas of responsibility (refer to Job Description). Previous experience in the education sector is ideal but not essential. Your ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise your time, and communicate at all levels, including executive management, is absolutely essential.
This full-time position with a five-year tenure. Immediate/negotiable start.
