The Family Accounts Officer is responsible for the co-ordination of all College invoicing and recovery of amounts owing and is the main contact for families regarding all debt related queries.
This position requires the candidate to have TASS family accounts experience in the billing process and direct debit module.
Suitably qualified and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply for this permanent part-time position (approx. 0.8FTE), working weekdays from 8.00am to 3.00pm, commencing in Term 1, 2026.
The successful applicant will meet the position selection criteria, some of which include:

Proven relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar accounts receivable position.

High level communication skills – demonstrate an ability to develop and nurture positive working relations with the College’s internal and external customer base, including students, parents, staff and visitors.

Computer literate with:
i. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including manipulation of data and pivot tables).
ii. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, database systems and other College reporting systems. -
Possess initiative and be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision, or as an effective part of a team, to achieve completion of tasks to deadlines.

Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Able to maintain a positive work environment and poise under pressure, while maintaining the accuracy of records and reports.
Desirable:

Previous experience in a school environment.
