Executive Officer
Due to the continued growth of Alta-1 College, a new position of Executive Officer has been created. The College is a multi-sited school with over 800 students across Western Australia and is seeking a leader to implement the vision that drives Alta-1 in enabling its students to grow and succeed in life. The successful applicant will be an exceptional leader who will:
· lead the effective delivery of the Alta-1 System across the College;
· provide educational leadership across the College inclusive of high-quality teaching, learning and pastoral care;
· provide therapeutic leadership, ensuring that child safety and wellbeing are developed and imbedded in daily College life;
· lead community engagement and nurturing of effective partnerships of the College;
· provide effective strategic leadership in the development and implementation of College strategic plans;
· ensure a culture of continuous process improvement is created and sustained;
· lead the development and implementation of workforce and operational planning;
· lead the stewardship of the College’s physical and financial resources including its procedural development.
