We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional for the position of Executive and Business Support Assistant. This is a diverse and dynamic role within our member-based organisation, requiring strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
The position is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, handling enquiries and ensuring efficient day-to-day office administration. The role also provides high-level executive support to the Executive Director, including diary management, and administrative support to the Corporate Services Directorate and broader AISWA teams.
The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams).

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines using initiative and sound judgement.

A warm, professional, and approachable manner with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people.

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A collaborative team approach, with the capacity to work independently when required.

Experience coordinating diaries, meetings, events, and/or travel for senior leadership.
