About the Role
Due to continued growth and the implementation of our Strategic Plan, we are seeking a professional, efficient, and friendly Enrolments Registrar to join our dedicated Administration Team.
As the first point of contact for many prospective families, the Enrolments Registrar plays a pivotal role in promoting the College and managing the enrolment process from enquiry through to commencement. The successful applicant will provide exceptional service to families, ensuring their experience is seamless and welcoming.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine alignment with the Christian ethos of South Coast Baptist College.

Employment Type: Part-time (4 days per week)
Start Date: January 2026
Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)
Stand Down: 2 weeks

Position Requirements
Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in an educational environment.

Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
-
Commitment to providing a high standard of service to prospective and current families.
-
A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Active participation in a church or Christian community, exemplifying Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices.

Acceptance of the College’s Statement of Faith.

Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board, Principal, staff, students, and parents.

Commitment to personal best practice.

Ensure decisions are impartial, fact-based, and fair.

Model appropriate and proper channels of communication.

Possession of the following certifications:
National Police Clearance
Working with Children Check
First Aid Certificate
Desirable:

Experience using Compass and Funnel enrolment systems.

Familiarity with Adobe Suite.

Experience with international enrolments and compliance (PRISMS, CRICOS, ESOS).
Key Responsibilities

Respond to all enrolment enquiries for Year 5 intake as well as all Years 7–12 with timely, tailored communication.

Provide information and support to prospective families with warmth and professionalism.

Maintain enrolment databases, records, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate interviews and school tours.
-
Assist in the preparation of enrolment reports and statistical data.

Support marketing and recruitment initiatives for local and international enrolments.

Collaborate with College staff to ensure smooth communication of student movements.
-
Provide reception backup during peak periods.
