Foundation Christian College is seeking expressions of interest for:
Drama Teacher (0.8 FTE) - commencing in Term 3, 2023
+ possible Head of Learning Area: The Arts in Term 1, 2024
Drama Teacher
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become a valued member of our enthusiastic and dedicated Arts team. Demonstrating experience in teaching Year 11 and 12 Drama, as well as directing productions, will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other Arts areas, and to inspire students to achieve their creative potential.
2024 Head of Learning Area: The Arts
Foundation Christian College (FCC) is seeking a Head of Learning Area (HOLA) - The Arts, who will be a strategic thinker who will give expression to the College's mission and vision by leading and developing the Arts team, inspire our students with a love of the Arts and model the importance of this Learning Area to the School community and beyond.
Due to the promotion of our previous Head of Arts, these two positions have the possibility of being amalgamated into a full-time position in 2024. There is also scope to include Upper Primary Drama based on the qualifications and interest of the applicant.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications as a Teacher including experience with the WA & Australian Curriculum or a similar School Curriculum.
- All applicants must be registered to teach in Western Australia with the TRBWA (Teacher Registration Board), have a current Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Ability to teach Year 11 and Year 12 Drama

Conditions of Employment
The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the employment requirements and conditions of the Foundation Christian College:
- Remuneration for this position will be determined dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications
