We are seeking an experienced Digital Engagement and Communications Coordinator to lead the delivery and coordination of strategic content, digital engagement, and service marketing that strengthen AISWA’s profile. The role will also play a key part in enhancing internal communications, ensuring AISWA staff remain informed, connected, and engaged.
This is a full-time contract position, reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications.
The successful candidate will have:

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication strategies and content plans that strengthen an organisation’s profile and achieve key objectives.

Experience in promoting events and providing communication support to maximise engagement and participation.

Proven success in growing digital presence and engagement through the creation of relevant, compelling content.

Strong ability to manage and enhance internal communications to keep staff informed, engaged, and aligned with organisational priorities.

Experience supporting advocacy initiatives, including preparing media content, drafting press statements, and coordinating media events.

Experience developing, reviewing, and optimising website and portal content to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with brand messaging.

Knowledge and experience in branding, marketing, and campaign development.
