Digital Content Officer

Description

AISWA is seeking the services of a talented and innovative Digital Content Officer with a strong ability to produce end-to-end high-quality and engaging content for digital platforms to improve brand awareness and user experience.

 

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position commencing on or before January 2022 and is funded until 31 December 2022, with the possibility of extension beyond this period depending on the continuation of funding.

 

AISWA provides the opportunity to work in an interesting, education-focused environment on a diverse range of digital tasks. You will quickly grow a skill set by taking responsibility for the creation of digital content for different purposes, whilst demonstrating your ability to be creative and apply innovative marketing ideas. You will work across AISWA with different teams to create compelling content for different audiences, identify opportunities for growing communication channels, implement strategies to optimise user engagement and experience, and build relationships internal and external to the business. It is desirable that the successful applicant has a minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a digital marketing environment, although exceptional graduates with intern experience are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience working with a range of applications such as Articulate and/or Captivate, Moodle (or experience with other LMS platforms), Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Premier Pro (or similar), Camtasia, Acrobat, AnyFlip
  • High-level proficiency across social media platforms
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a strong ability to write succinct and compelling copy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or other relevant area
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current National Police Clearance
