Cycle 1 Education Assistant 0.6FTE (3-6 year olds)

Seeking a 0.6FTE Education Assistant for a Cycle 1 (3-6) Montessori Classroom. 

The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 1pm, Friday 8am - 3:15pm. We require flexibility as there are days where full days (often Mon/Tues) you will be needed full time to comply with child ratios. 

The successful candidates will have:

• Montessori experience and/or qualifications (preferred but not essential);
• a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA) or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA);
• an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard; 
• a passion for developing and maintaining practical life activities 
• current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
