Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth’s southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Role
Counsellor (part-time, maternity leave contract)
To support our Pastoral Care program, we have a passionate and dedicated team that work in partnership with families to support holistic student well-being.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Counsellor to join our Pastoral Care team. You will be working with an experienced team including the College Psychologist, Counsellors, the College Chaplain and the different Heads of Year.
In addition to your skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to engage in a professional and personal way. You will be in the frontline of expressing care to our community.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, part-time (0.8 FTE) role starting in Term 1, 2025.
