Description

Discover and explore ways that AI can be used to reduce teacher workload.

Artificial intelligence has become a crucial tool in streamlining many tasks across industries. Teachers now have access to a myriad of resources that can be used to increase efficiency and productivity. AI also presents the opportunity to enhance learning experiences. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of AI tools and discover how they can be integrated into work processes. This session is designed for educators who are at an introductory or intermediate level of AI use and want to level up their AI game. Time will be set aside to allow participants to network and collaborate with others so they can develop an AI plan for their practice.

Simon is a specialist in artificial intelligence, Technologies, digital literacy, and ICT across the curriculum. He holds a Master of Education by Research degree (Education Leadership) and is a doctoral candidate. Simon has a keen interest in educational practice and has professional experience in Australia and abroad. He has developed his expertise through work as a teacher, academic and consultant.
