The Workshop will address:

• How will the Ombudsman oversee your organisation’s investigation?
• How should your organisation conduct an investigation?
• What happens at the end of a reportable conduct investigation?
Speakers: Members from the Ombudsman Reportable Conduct Scheme team.
It may also be useful to become familiar with the resources available on the Ombudsman WA website before attending the workshop.
