OrgView is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System developed by the OrgView team based in Perth, Western Australia.

Over the past four years, OrgView have focused their development to address the challenges faced by K-12 Schools and Colleges and have developed an impressive client base with some of Perth’s top Schools and Colleges.

For any school, large or small, that relies on paper, Excel and manual processes to manage the extensive human resource processes such as Onboarding, Probation Reviews, Performance Appraisals, Leave management, Timesheet Management, Compliance Management, Professional Learning, Data and Document management, Reporting, and more, OrgView can be the digital transformation that your school is looking for.  The OrgView Team can work to your pace to fully integrate OrgView into your school, reduce risks and deliver greater efficiencies for all staff.

The Co-Owners of OrgView,  Farook Razvi and John Thatcher, collectively have 60 years of experience working with both large and small organisations in the information technology area.

They will be present to demonstrate what OrgView can offer and together with Tony Higgins (Director of Personnel and Policy) from All Saints’ College and Emma Kinsey (Human Resources Advisor) from Scotch College, you will understand why OrgView was engaged; how the schools have managed their projects; the benefits that have received and how OrgView is used on a day-to-day basis to manage the HR processes.
