Description
Facilitated by global thought leaders Valerie Hannon and David Price, this two-day immersion program for leaders in education features sharp provocations and practical workshop activities that will give educational leaders the tools they need to instigate change in their organisations.
This workshop has grown out of the books 'Thrive' and 'Open' which form a complementary roadmap for schools to navigate an unpredictable future. It will address the meaning of 'thriving'; the contexts of thrive (planetary, societally, intrapersonally, interpersonally); the meaning of 'open'; open in context (mindset, leadership models, structures, cultures, knowledge management); how to build thriving students, schools and communities by learning to be open; implications for leadership, school design, new teacher roles, curriculum pedagogy and assessment; designing your future.
