SEL research demonstrates that systematically teaching social and emotional skills in schools -the skills of “emotional intelligence”- results in greater caring, compassion, engagement, responsible behavior, and improved academic performance in students (CASEL, 2008).

This practical workshop will focus on: 

  • Key features of some evidence based SEL Programs
  • How to choose the best program to cater for your school’s needs
