Description

National Certification is dedicated to recognising excellence in teaching practice and advancing career progression, whilst empowering Highly Accomplished and Lead Teachers (HALTs) to drive professional engagement and meaningful impact in their schools. As WA’s certifying authority, AISWA is committed to cultivating deeper professional connections among our most accomplished educators, and proudly offers this exclusive full-day professional learning event for nationally certified teachers. Co-designed with HALT network members, the day provides valuable opportunities to strengthen collaboration by learning from peers working in diverse contexts. Participants will explore leading educational initiatives, share best practices, and engage in national conversations around certification and future pathways for professional growth. This event aims to further build the collective capacity of HALTs, equipping them to lead with confidence and champion lasting change across the education sector.

Outcomes

  • Empower HALTs to drive professional engagement and impact.
  • Strengthen collaboration by learning from HALTs from other contexts.
  • Explore national conversations on certification and future professional growth opportunities.
