Ideally, warmup games are less than 10 minutes, requiring basic materials and recording sheets. Mathematics games nurture a productive and happy disposition in the classroom. A range of card and dice games will be used to strengthen students understanding for Addition and Subtraction, Place Value, Time, and Money. Assessment scenarios will also be shown. Participants will leave with a set of basic game materials, and a booklet of games to be used in a variety of year levels.
