Description
A full-day workshop providing the opportunity to explore a range of digital technologies that are suited to second language learning for primary and secondary Languages teachers and EAL/D teachers.
The workshop will provide teachers with the opportunity to explore a range of apps and platforms that are suited to second language learning. There will also be time to unpack the AI iceberg and how it can support language teachers. Participants will have time to collaborate or work on their own to further explore what they could use in their own classroom and present their ideas to the group.
Participants will be provided with an iPad but it is recommended they also bring their own personal/work devices (laptop/iPad).
Here's what past participants of this workshop had to say:
Having time to use apps and platforms heavily scaffolded was a bonus.
I am energised and can’t wait to learn more, practise and conquer these amazing programs!
The demonstrations were amazing, as well as the huge range of resources.
