Hensman Street Elementary

Located in the heart of South Perth, Hensman Street Pre-School Group Incorporated (formally known as Hensman Street Kindy and now recently renamed Hensman Street Elementary), is conveniently located to cater for families living in the South Perth and surrounding communities. The School has been operating since 1977, and conforms to National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework and Department of Education Services (DES) for three and four year old kindergarten programs through to year 3. Hensman Street Elementary is the first accredited Little Scientist House School in Western Australia, and as such the school has a rich STEM Program.

Hensman Street Elementary aims to provide children with social interaction and a cognitive and physical development program, which offers a wide range of activities to stimulate development and encourage lots of fun! These aims are incorporated in a child-led, play based style of programming, within a caring and secure environment that nurtures self esteem and confidence.
The School has a wonderful reputation in the community and we are beginning to see the next generation, children of past students, attending our school.
