About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer to provide support to the Primary staff and students at our Meadow Springs campus. This ongoing position is part time, working 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday), 41 weeks per annum (approx. 39 weeks term time and 2 weeks during school holidays), commencing as soon as possible or by mutual agreement.

 

The Primary Administration Officer must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • A customer service focus alongside refined interpersonal skills 

  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional planning skills 

  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative alongside the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

  • Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications 

  • A knowledge of school-based systems is desirable including SEQTA, Consent2Go, Synergetic

  • Current First Aid qualification

  • A current Working with Children and Police Check are requirements of the role
