Our brand-new, Perth based, Construction and Trade Program has been designed for students who want to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to obtain an apprenticeship in the Building and Trade industry.

SEDA College WA is an Independent Secondary School and provider of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE). With the College one teacher, one class model, successful candidates will teach across the curriculum and create safe and applied learning environments. The teacher of our Construction and Trade program will deliver General English, Mathematics and Building and Construction WACE courses combined with industry VET qualifications. The teacher will be required to develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (including parents, students, local community, employers, and local government). You will be joining SEDA College WA as a pivotal part of a dedicated and successful team. This is an important role, so it goes without saying that you will need to be registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) and have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110 (or be prepared to work towards one), coupled with relevant industry currency; current driver’s licence, current working with children check and a current First Aid qualification (including CPR).
