Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth’s southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Roles

Executive Assistant (Full-time, ongoing)

Reporting directly to the Principal, you provide confidential personal administrative and executive secretarial support. Your professional approach enables the Principal and the broader Executive Team to focus on key strategic and operational matters whilst living out our Mission and Values in all our interactions across the College community.

Your ability to complete multiple concurrent projects, manage sensitive information and actively engage with teams across the College is where you add the most value. Professional executive administrative support, bringing a growth mindset to every task and continually building relationships comes naturally to you.

Office Manager (Full-time, ongoing)

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be leading an experienced and passionate administration team. This is a centralised service function that includes Student Services, Reception and Sick Bay.

Your hands-on, practical approach to problem solving complements a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Through the experience and capability of your team, you will be providing key administrative support to the whole College. The successful applicant defines their success by growing the capability and efficiency of the team, delivering concurrent activities that support the College agenda, and being an ambassador of excellent Christian education to all our stakeholders.
