Montessori School Coordinator

Montessori School Coordinator Blue Gum Montessori School (BGMS) is a private, independent and non-denominational school that provides excellent Montessori Education that enables the development of every child to reach their full potential.  We are a school that values community life and that actively fosters the partnership between children, parents/carers and professional staff. Our School is seeking a Montessori qualified School Coordinator. The Coordinator will support the Principal in providing both strategic and day to day leadership of the School. The Coordinator is a member of the Executive and supports the Principal in the leadership of the School. The successful applicant will be, personally and professionally, an outstanding role model who is aligned with the School’s values and relates to others with integrity and compassion. They will be an exceptional Montessori educator and leader with the necessary drive to grow and nurture others to be likewise. They will have the capacity to engage and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community.
