SEDA College WA has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in 2022 in a part-time or full-time (0.8 FTE – 1.00 FTE), two-year, fixed term role (with possibility for extension beyond 2023). Your creative and flexible nature will be responsible for managing a range of diverse activities, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in line with the priorities set, in close consultation with the SEDA College WA leadership team and generate student interest for and enrolment into SEDA College WA whilst promoting the College as leaders in education. Now let's talk about you.
You will be joining SEDA College WA as a pivotal part of a dedicated and successful team. This is an important role, so it goes without saying that you will need to have tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communication; proven experience in the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies, high level experience in the full range of marketing, digital, copy and content development, public relations and communications; strong track record in successful marketing; strong budget management skills; experience in working with marketing, events and communication professionals; experience in the development of high-level reports to an Executive, Board, or similar stakeholders; along with experience in working in an educational setting or professional service. You will also need to be methodical, practical and have a creative approach to problem solving and innovation, have a high degree of working knowledge of CRM systems and relevant computer software packages relating to graphic design, website content management systems and desktop publishing applications, coupled with a current driver’s licence and a working with children check. If required, an application for a working with children check can be made upon successful appointment. In addition, as per the State Government mandate, the successful appointment will need to provide proof of COVID19 vaccination status.

You will have demonstrated strong organisational skills including planning and time management with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. You will have strong interpersonal and well-developed verbal and written communication skills combined with a positive attitude as you will be a role model for our SEDA College WA core values.
