Lower Primary (Yr 2) Teacher 2020 - Maternity Leave Replacement

Description

 CGS are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic Lower Primary (Yr 2) Teacher for 2020 to cover a period of maternity leave. Selection CriteriaThe successful applicant will be able to:

  • Demonstrate their competency against the following domains (that govern the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers):
    • Professional knowledge
    • Professional practice;
    • and Professional engagement.
  • Have a sound understanding of the current curriculum.
  • Use a wide range of pedagogies that enhance student engagement and performance.
  • Monitor student progress in accordance with School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) and School guidelines.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with other staff, students and parents
  • Work co-operatively in a team environment, and
  • Support the Christian ethos of the school
