About the positions
- Head of Year
The College is seeking an outstanding and passionate educator to join our Pastoral team, commencing January 2023. The Head of Year has responsibility for the morale, demeanour, conduct and pastoral care of a year group, in alignment with the four pillars of the College Pastoral Care Program: Wellbeing, Outreach, Leadership and Discipline.
This position is full-time with a five-year tenure. The role includes a 0.6FTE teaching load.
- Head of Learning Support
An opportunity exists to lead a team of support teachers and Education Assistants in the implementation of strategies to aid student learning.
Reporting to the Director of Studies, the position is responsible for ensuring the standard of academic excellence in the Learning Support Area by leading relevant staff in curriculum development, delivery and evaluation.
This position is full-time with a five-year tenure. The role includes a 0.6FTE teaching load.
