This role will build a culture of philanthropy within the school community, based on a strong strategic imperative developed by the Executive team.  With some exciting programming and capital projects in the wings, this role will be instrumental to success by building partnerships with donors and corporate supporters. It will also involve managing a strong stewardship program, run in conjunction with our alumni and community engagement team.  You will have a sophisticated approach to fundraising, have the polish to work with high net worth individuals and the drive to meet the financial objectives. You will be passionate about girls’ education and closing the gender gap in leadership in the workplace. You will have a solid understanding of data analysis, rigorous attention to detail and an ability to see projects to completion.
