has an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team full-time, on a 12-month contract (with extension upon successful initial term), commencing as soon as possible. The Finance Assistant is a key individual within the College finance department. This position contributes to the day to day finance functions of the College, and is particularly focussed on the operations, maintenance and continual improvement of the accounts (payable and receivable) functions. The Finance Assistance is responsible for the College’s accounts receivable ledger. This includes creating and maintaining Student Fee Accounts in Synergetic, Raising invoices as required, applying payments to Student Fee Accounts, raising Credit Notes for Student Fee Accounts as required, preparing and processing refunds associated with Student Fee Accounts, liaising with parents/carers to set up Payment Plans for Student Fee Accounts, following up declined/defaulting payments and collecting overdue Student Fees, as well as answering enquiries from, and liaising with, parents/carers in relation to their Student Fee Accounts.
