  • End to end Accounts Payable and Receivable including processing, correctly coding and payments
  • Banking
  • Manage debtor payments and accounts
  • Accounts Receivable including debt collection and producing ad-hoc invoices
  • Perform month end tasks including reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Assist with the monthly preparation of the BAS
  • Assist the Business Manager with general finance related tasks as required

The successful applicant must have:

  • Accounting Qualifications desirable/preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of GST
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical
  • Strong work ethic and high energy levels and very task orientated
  • Intermediate excel required
  • Demonstrated experience with Xero, ApprovalMax
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
