The Sound of Picture Books
The Sound of Picture Books will be returning to The Literature Centre and traveling to Bunbury this September. It was developed in partnership with artist Matt Ottley and is a multi-modal and immersive performance that combines music, visual images, and narration that brings picture books to life. These unique performances are tailored to the age groups attending and reveal the story behind the story. This year two books will be featured, How to Make a Bird by Meg McKinlay and Matt Ottley, and Afloat in Venice by Tina Wilson. You can read more about the performances, books, and the schedule from the Literature Centre website.
