Health & Safety Representative Training - Expressions of Interest

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a 5-day training course for Health and Safety Representatives. This course is designed to provide training specifically for a school context. This training is recommended as some roles of a Health and Safety Representative cannot be performed without this training. Given the current climate, we will endeavour to adapt the course to an appropriate format to ensure all COVID safety protocols are observed. Please fill out THIS form to register interest for yourself or your staff.

TRBWA Annual Fee 2022

In preparation for the upcoming TRBWA annual fee process, the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) has provided the following details regarding the TRBWA annual fee.
All registered teachers are required to pay the annual fee of $90.50 by 31 March 2022. It is important they pay all outstanding fees in full, otherwise their registration will be subject to cancellation on 30 April 2022.Teachers will be emailed an invoice explaining options and methods for payment. They can also access their annual fee invoice now on the ‘Finance tab’ via Teacher Login on the TRBWA website. It is a requirement of registration, that teachers keep their contact details up to date, so that communications can be delivered.

Further information will be emailed to all principals to assist in reminding teachers to pay the annual fee. Principals and administrators can also check on the payment status of teachers at their school by signing into Professional Register on the TRBWA website and selecting the TRIP tab, then reviewing the ‘Annual Fee Due’ column. If at 21 February, a teacher has yet to pay their annual fee, the due date will appear in red. Once paid (within 24 hours), the due date will change to black.
It is important to note that the annual fee is a requirement that is distinct from other fees including the ‘renewal and registration’ fee. This means if a teacher’s renewal of registration occurs during the annual fee collection process, they will need to pay both fees.
If you, or any of your teachers require more information about the annual fee, please visit the TRBWA website  Here
