CONSULTANCY SERVICES: SCHOOL PLANNING and DEVELOPMENT
As a service to member schools, the Association offers access to consultants with expertise in school financial management, capital planning and development.
Each of the consultants, Paul Butler and Tom Stacey have significant experience in each of the planning and development areas. The Association will fund the initial consultation between schools and the consultant which will allow schools to scope the cost of the service required. Schools will be able to select the Consultant most appropriate to their needs.
The Consultants are available to assist member schools throughout the year and can advise you about:
- capital planning and strategic development;
- financial management;
- development of new schools and campuses;
- school management and governance issues.
