Governing Body Effectiveness
Tony London is offering workshops for Governing Bodies on Self Managing Appraisal Systems (SMAS).
The vision for SMAS is "to empower Governing Bodies to become more effective and more accountable to themselves and their constituents."

AISWA has established a link with Phillips Fox to provide legal support to schools. Schools can access initial telephone advice from Michael Jensen at no charge. For lengthier matters AISWA will cover half of the cost of the initial consultation. Mr Ian Curlewis, a partner at Phillips Fox who has worked extensively with the Catholic Education Office, will lead the scheme.
