Governance of AISWA

The Association is governed by a Board which is representative of the membership of the Association. In addition, there are two standing committees; the Legal and Governance Committee and the Education Policy Committee.

Each member school is represented by the Principal and a nominated member of the Governing Body. The membership meets once each year at the Annual General Meeting and at any additional extraordinary meetings which may be called. On resolutions that require a vote to be taken each member school has one vote.
